These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Arvora, including our website, web application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account or using Arvora, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Description of the service

Arvora is a second-brain workspace that helps you capture ideas, organize them into pillars, and explore relationships through boards and mind maps. Features may change as we develop the product. Beta features are provided without guarantees of availability.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Arvora.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Arvora for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, upload infringing or harmful content, or scrape or resell the Service without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you create in Arvora. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to upload your content.

Our intellectual property

Arvora software, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to use our trademarks except as needed to use the Service.

Beta and free access

Arvora may be offered free during early access. We may introduce paid plans with advance notice. Features available at no cost today may change later.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARVORA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS OR USD $100.

Termination

You may stop using Arvora at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or Service discontinuation. Surviving provisions include disclaimers and liability limitations.

Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms and will post updates on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
